1. Shipping costs:

• Within Germany, we deliver free of charge from an order value of 100 euros. For orders below this value, we charge a shipping fee of 3 euros.
• For deliveries to EU countries, we charge a shipping fee of 5 euros. For an order value of less than 100 euros, a shipping fee of 10 euros will be charged.
• For orders outside the EU countries, we also charge a shipping fee of 10 euros, if the order value is less than 100 euros.
• From an order value of 100 €, the following shipping costs apply (outside Germany and the EU):

2. Returns & Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes things just don't fit or please. The shoes must be returned in perfect condition together with the original box. The shoe box must not be damaged and must not be used as shipping packaging. The soles must not show any signs of wear.
In the case of returns, our customers bear the shipping costs themselves. Please do not forget to fill out and enclose the enclosed return form so that we can correctly assign your return and process it quickly.

Parcels that have not been delivered or accepted are also subject to return costs.

Please note that you should always add 10-12mm of space when measuring your foot. Our lasts fit your foot perfectly in both length and width.

Wearing barefoot shoes allows for more natural foot movement and promotes improved physical awareness. However, people with specific foot problems should first consult a doctor or specialist before using barefoot shoes.

Of course you can use your insoles in our shoes. You may need to pay attention to the size and order a size larger, as the insole takes up space in the fit.

Our soles are manufactured in Pirmasens and the shoes are produced in a long-established family business in Portugal. It is important to us to collaborate with partners who value their employees and respect the environment. Additionally, we see it as our obligation to review the supply chain and continuously improve. What is not available in Portugal for technical reasons is sourced from Germany and Italy.

No! Barefoot shoes can be worn like conventional shoes - with or without socks, that's up to you. However, the same rule applies here as with all new shoes: In the initial phase, until they have been broken in, they should always be worn with socks to avoid blisters.

In case of returns, our customers bear the shipping costs themselves. You can either arrange the return shipment yourself or request a return label from BLUSUN. In this case, the return costs are as follows:

• Germany: 4€
• EU: 12€
• UK: 35€
• USA: 45€
• Switzerland: 25€
• Third countries: 35€

These costs will be deducted from the refund amount when making a refund. Please remember to fill in and attach the enclosed return form so that we can correctly assign your return and process it quickly.

Also packages that have not been delivered or accepted are subject to the return costs.
