Within Germany:
Orders over 100 € are shipped free of charge. For orders under 100 €, we charge a flat shipping fee of 3 €.

EU Countries:
Flat shipping fee of 5 € for orders over 100 €. If the order value is under 100 €, we charge 10 € shipping costs.

Outside EU Countries:
For orders over 100 €, the following shipping costs apply:

• Switzerland: 25 €
• UK: 35 €
• Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Ukraine: each 20 €
• Rest of the world: 45 €

For orders under 100 €, we charge a flat shipping fee of 10 €.

Currently, we unfortunately cannot offer deliveries to the following countries. However, we are working to expand our service in the future and thank you for your understanding.

Sometimes items just don't fit or aren't to your liking – we understand that. Please return the shoes in perfect condition along with the undamaged original box. The box must not be used as shipping packaging, and the soles must show no signs of wear.

The shipping costs for returns are to be borne by the customer. You can either organize the return yourself or request a return label from us. In this case, the return costs are as follows:

• Germany: 4 €

• EU: 12 €

• UK: 35 €

• USA: 45 €

• Switzerland: 25 €

• Third countries: 35 €

These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Important: Return costs also apply to undelivered or unaccepted packages.

If you're unsure which shoe size is right for you, you can find the appropriate size using our size chart. Our lasts are designed to fit the foot optimally in both length and width.

Tip: When measuring your foot, always add 10–12 mm to ensure enough freedom of movement.

Wearing barefoot shoes allows for a more natural foot movement and promotes improved bodily awareness. However, individuals with specific foot problems should consult a doctor or a specialist before using barefoot shoes.

Of course, you can use your insoles in our shoes. You may need to pay attention to the size and order one size larger, as the insole takes up space in the fit.

Our soles are manufactured in Pirmasens, and the shoes are produced in a long-established family business in Portugal. It is important to us to work with partners who value their employees and respect the environment. Furthermore, we see it as our obligation to verify the supply chain and continuously improve. What is not available for technical reasons in Portugal is sourced from Germany and Italy.

No! barefoot shoes can be worn like conventional shoes – whether with or without socks is up to you. However, the same rule applies as with all new shoes: In the initial phase, until they are broken in, they should always be worn with socks to avoid blisters.
