1. Shipping costs:

• Shipping is free within Germany.
• For deliveries to EU countries we charge a flat rate of 5€.

2. Returns:

We understand that sometimes things just don't fit or you don't like them. When returning an item, our customers are responsible for the shipping costs themselves. Please don't forget to fill out and enclose the return slip that was sent to you so that we can correctly allocate your return and process it quickly.

Packages that could not be delivered or were not accepted are also affected by the return costs.

Please note that you should always add 10-12mm of space when measuring your foot. Our lasts fit your foot perfectly in both length and width.

Wearing barefoot shoes allows for more natural foot movement and promotes improved physical awareness. However, people with specific foot problems should first consult a doctor or specialist before using barefoot shoes.

Of course you can use your insoles in our shoes. You may need to pay attention to the size and order a size larger, as the insole takes up space in the fit.

Since our shoes have different material layers and react differently to water, we generally advise against washing them in the washing machine. Suede should be cleaned using a soft brush, while smooth leather can be wiped down with a damp cloth.

No! Barefoot shoes can be worn like conventional shoes - with or without socks, that's up to you. However, the same rule applies here as with all new shoes: In the initial phase, until they have been broken in, they should always be worn with socks to avoid blisters.

We fully understand that sometimes shoes do not meet expectations or do not fit perfectly. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If your shoes do not fit, please simply send them back to us and place a new order.

For a return, it is important that the shoes are sent back in perfect condition together with the original box. Please ensure that the shoe box is not used as shipping packaging. The shoes should not show any signs of wear - it is best to try them on a soft surface such as a carpet and with socks.

The customer bears the shipping costs for returns. Please do not forget to fill out the enclosed return slip completely and enclose it with the return shipment so that we can process it quickly and correctly.

Return costs are also incurred for shipments that could not be delivered or were not accepted.
