Within Germany:
We charge 2.95 euros for each order. This fee includes both returns and one exchange. Parcels that customers send as „unfrei/not free“ or without our official return label cannot be accepted. They incur higher charges, which will be billed to the customers.

EU Countries:
Flat shipping fee of 5 € for orders of 100 € or more. If the order value is below 100 €, we charge 10 € shipping costs.
For orders of 100 € or more, you pay 5 € shipping costs.
For orders under 100 €, we charge 10 € shipping costs.

Outside the EU Countries:
For orders of 100 € or more, the following shipping costs apply:

• Switzerland: 25 €
• UK: 35 €
• Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Ukraine: 20 € each
• Rest of the world: 45 €

Note on shipping to the USA

Due to recently introduced new customs regulations, we are currently unfortunately unable to ship packages to the USA. As the exact procedures for customs clearance are still unclear, we are temporarily suspending shipping to the United States. We are working diligently to find a solution and will inform you as soon as shipping is possible again. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Please avoid any damage or contamination. If possible, return the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging where necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the item is securely packed to prevent transport damage and avoid compensation claims due to insufficient packaging. An undamaged shoe box helps us process your return quickly and reduces unnecessary packaging waste. Please note that we charge a fee of €5 if the shoe box is used as the shipping box.

Sometimes an item just doesn't fit or isn't quite what you expected, and that's absolutely fine.

Returns from other European countries as well as from non-EU countries must be organised and paid for by the customer.

Important: Return shipping costs also apply to parcels that are not delivered or refused upon delivery.

Please fill out the enclosed return form completely and include it in your package so we can process your return quickly and correctly.

If you are returning your order from within Germany, the return as well as an exchange are free of charge for you. To ensure a smooth return process, please register your return label through the returns portal so that an email with either a label or a code can be sent to you.

Parcels sent unpaid or without our official return label cannot be accepted. They incur higher charges, which we must pass on to our customers.

Measure your foot, add 10–12 mm and compare the result with our size chart. This ensures you have enough space for a natural roll-off.

Trying on shoes is essential to make a purchase decision. However, this only applies to a basic inspection of the goods, as would be possible in a shoe store. Excessive use, such as wearing the shoes for extended periods, goes beyond this inspection and constitutes an obligation to compensate for value loss in the event of a withdrawal of the purchase. Therefore, please try on the shoes only on a clean surface (e.g., carpet) to avoid signs of use.

Yes, our shoe lasts have been designed so that both women and men fit all shoes. Especially in sizes 40-43, there is no difference with us. Just choose your favorite color and go for it!

Wearing barefoot shoes allows for a more natural foot movement and promotes improved physical perception. However, individuals with specific foot problems should consult with a doctor or a specialist before using barefoot shoes.

Of course you can use your insoles in our shoes. If necessary, you may need to pay attention to the size and order one size larger, as the insole takes up space in the fit.

Our soles are manufactured in Pirmasens and the shoes are produced in a long-standing family business in Portugal. It is important to us to work with partners who value their employees and respect the environment. Additionally, we see it as our obligation to review the supply chain and continuously improve. What is not available in Portugal for technical reasons is sourced from Germany and Italy.

No! barefoot shoes can be worn like conventional shoes – whether with or without socks is up to you. However, the same rule applies here as with all new shoes: In the initial phase, until they are broken in, they should always be worn with socks to prevent blister formation.
