Shipping costs

For all shipments within Germany, we charge 2.95 euros. This fee includes both returns and one exchange. Parcels sent as „unfrei/not free“ will not be accepted, as they incur higher charges, which will be billed to the customer. Returns sent by any method other than our official return label will likewise not be accepted.

For deliveries to EU countries, we charge a shipping fee of 5 euros. For orders below 100 euros, a fee of 10 euros applies.

For orders outside the EU, we charge a shipping fee of 10 euros if the order value is below 100 euros.
- For orders from non-EU countries, customs duties may be charged by the respective country. The amount varies depending on the country and is subject to local customs regulations.

We understand that sometimes things simply don’t fit or aren’t quite right. The shoes must be returned in perfect condition together with the original shoe box. The shoe box must not be damaged or used as shipping packaging, as we charge 5 € in this case. The soles must show no signs of wear.
Returns must be registered through our returns portal. For returns, customers cover the shipping costs themselves. Please remember to fill in and include the enclosed return form so that we can allocate and process your return quickly.
Even packages that have not been delivered or not accepted are subject to the return costs.
