1. Shipping costs:
  • Shipping is free within Germany.
  • For deliveries to EU countries we charge a flat rate of 5€.
  • Costs for deliveries outside the EU countries:

2. Returns & Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes things just don’t fit or aren’t to your liking. The shoes must be returned in perfect condition along with the original shoebox. The shoebox must not be damaged and cannot be used as the shipping box. The soles must show no signs of wear.
For returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please don’t forget to fill out and include the return form so that we can properly process your return quickly.

Packages that could not be delivered or were refused are also subject to return shipping costs.
