Shipping costs
1. Shipping Costs:

Within Germany, we charge €2.95 per shipment. This flat rate covers both return shipping and exchanges. We cannot accept packages sent without postage (unfranked), as they incur significantly higher fees. These costs will be charged to the customer.

For deliveries to EU countries, we charge a flat shipping rate of €5. For orders under €100, a flat shipping rate of €10 applies.

For orders outside the EU, we charge a flat shipping rate of €10 if the order value is under €100.

For orders from non-EU countries, customs duties may be charged by the respective country. The amount of these fees varies by country and depends on local customs regulations.

2. Returns & Return Policy:
We understand that sometimes things just don't fit or suit you. Shoes must be returned in perfect condition along with the original box. The shoe box must not be damaged and must not be used as shipping packaging, otherwise we will charge €5. The soles must show no signs of wear.
Returns must be registered through our Returns Portal. Returns within Germany are free of charge. Please don't forget to fill out and include the enclosed return slip so we can correctly assign your return and process it quickly.
Packages that were not delivered or not accepted are also subject to return costs.
