Welcome to our returns portal. Here you can register your return within Germany quickly and easily. Simply enter your order number, postcode or email address, and your order will appear immediately.

Your returns within Germany are free of charge as long as you request them through this portal. Returns from other European countries as well as from non-EU countries must be organised and paid for by the customer. In these cases, registration via the returns portal is not possible.

Important: Please fill out the enclosed return form completely and place it inside your package so we can process your return quickly and correctly.
